1. About Aime Institute

Aime Institute of Foreign Language & IT provides online and offline language training, exam preparation, and professional skill courses including German language programs (A1–B2).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate.

3. Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after fee payment.
• Course access is non-transferable.
• Batch schedules and trainers may change if required.

4. Online Classes

• Conducted via approved digital platforms.
• Students are responsible for internet and device availability.
• The institute is not liable for third-party technical failures.

5. Offline Classes

• Students must follow institute rules and discipline.
• Misconduct may result in suspension without refund.

6. Fees & Payments

• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Taxes and additional charges are borne by the student.

7. Refund & Cancellation

No refunds for missed classes, early withdrawal, or non-attendance. In rare cases where a course is cancelled by the institute, a pro-rated refund may be issued at the institute’s discretion.

8. Certificates

Certificates are issued after successful completion and evaluation. International exams are governed by external bodies, and results are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All study materials, videos, and content are the intellectual property of Aime Institute. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain respectful behavior. Any form of abuse, disruption, or misconduct may lead to termination without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

Aime Institute is not responsible for exam results, visa outcomes, job placements, or indirect losses arising from course participation.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not sold or misused.

13. Modifications

Aime Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction limited to Kerala courts.
