1 About Aime Institute

Aime Institute of Foreign Language & IT is an educational institution based in Muvattupuzha, Kerala, India, providing online and offline training in foreign languages, exam preparation, and professional IT skill development. Our flagship programs include German language courses from beginner to upper-intermediate level (A1–B2), aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or have valid parental or guardian consent if you are a minor.
• By registering, you confirm that all personal and contact information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The Institute reserves the right to deny or cancel enrollment if eligibility criteria are not met.

3 Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full or applicable fee payment has been received and acknowledged.
• Course access and seat allocation are non-transferable to any other individual.
• Batch schedules, class timings, and assigned trainers are subject to change at the Institute's discretion, based on operational requirements.

4 Online Classes

• Online classes are conducted via approved digital platforms as communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Students are solely responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible device for attending sessions.
• Aime Institute is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures caused by third-party platforms or internet service providers.

5 Offline Classes

• Students attending offline classes at our premises must comply with all institute rules, safety guidelines, and disciplinary norms.
• Any form of misconduct, disruption, or violation of institute rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

6 Fees & Payments

• All applicable taxes, processing charges, or additional fees are the sole responsibility of the student.
• Payments must be made through designated channels as communicated by the Institute.
• Receipts or payment confirmations will be provided upon successful payment.

7 Refund & Cancellation Policy

In the exceptional circumstance where Aime Institute cancels a course before its completion, a pro-rated refund may be considered and issued solely at the Institute's discretion, for the unused portion of the course.

Refund decisions in such cases will be communicated in writing to the affected students within a reasonable period.

8 Certificates

• Certificates for internal courses are issued by Aime Institute upon meeting completion criteria.
• For internationally recognized examinations (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat, TELC), results are entirely determined by the respective external examination bodies.
• Aime Institute does not guarantee any specific examination score, pass outcome, or certification result from external bodies.

9 Intellectual Property

All course materials, study notes, video recordings, presentations, worksheets, and any other content provided by Aime Institute are the exclusive intellectual property of Aime Institute of Foreign Language & IT.

• Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any course content is strictly prohibited.
• Violations may result in legal action under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
• Students may use materials solely for their personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

10 Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a respectful, collaborative, and professional environment at all times — whether attending classes online or offline.

• Any form of verbal, written, or physical abuse, harassment, or discriminatory behaviour is strictly prohibited.
• Deliberate disruption of classes or Institute activities will not be tolerated.
• Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without any refund.

11 Limitation of Liability

Specifically, Aime Institute is not responsible for:

• Examination results or scores from external bodies
• Visa application outcomes or immigration decisions
• Job placement, employment outcomes, or career progression
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from course participation
• Technical failures beyond the Institute's direct control

12 Privacy

• Personal information collected during registration and course participation is used solely for providing our services.
• We do not sell, rent, or misuse your personal data to third parties.
• Data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

13 Modifications to These Terms

Aime Institute reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with the updated revision date.

Continued use of our services or website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
